Mounting HGFS Shares --- Failed

Hi there !!! What up

When i begin my virtual machine backtrack 4 with vmware workstation there's a line and during the procedure of turning it on it appears :

Mounting HGFS Shares ------- Failed

It's just to get inform. I would like to know why this happens is it an issue that is gonna affect me later on???
