    Installing Games

Can anyone tell me the best software to use to install games like starcraft warcraft, unreal tournament etc.

I've heard about wine, but i've also heard it uses up a lot of ram to run games that would otherwise in windows use less ram.
Not sure though never tried it

Best software is Cedega, which used to be called WineX.

Be aware though that Slackware has a configuration 'conflict' in that there aren't enough pthreads available as Cedega would like.

I know cos Cedega tells me so. Beyond that I haven't the foggiest what it means
