slapt-get from behind a uni firewall

Hello.

I have just installed slapt-get.

I need to update:

root@Saturn:~$ slapt-get --update
Retrieving package data [ftp://ftp.slackware.com/pub/slackware/slackware-10.0/]...Failed to download: Connect failed; Operation now in progress
Retrieving patch list [ftp://ftp.slackware.com/pub/slackware/slackware-10.0/]...Done

Retrieving package data [http://software.jaos.org/slackpacks/10.0/]...  Done

Sources failed to download, correct sources and rerun --update
root@Saturn:~$

I cant use ftp from behind my uni firewall, http works fine and im not sure about rsync.

How do I change my sources and what too???

In the slapt-get FAQ I can only find options for changing proxy settings.

You might try it again later. I have had that happen to me before. Slackware doesn't have the fastest servers.
