    OCR program

    Hi. Can anybody recommend a command line OCR program that can extract text from jpg files. I can't find any such program preinstalled with the default installation of Slackware 10.1 but maybe I can't find it ? Is there such a command installed by default or should I look at sourceforge for a prog ?
