    reinstalling PHP

    hey, i have php4 on my slackware linux, and i'm trying to upgrade it to php5. is there a way to do that? if not, how do i uninstall my php4? it came with slackware

    I would install slapt-get
    then use it to
    Code:
    slapt-get --remove php4
slapt-get --install php5
    or whatever php4 and php5 are called
