    startup error messages

My startup seems to be filling up with insmod errors, which all I know it has something to do with the hotplug and something to do with the 2.4.29 kernel, because they show up with the error messages. Though they run steadily during the hotplug portion of my startup, they seem to be harmless. Still, something is wrong, and can someone help me out?

    Run
    Code:
    dmesg > /tmp/dmesg.log
right after you reboot and paste the contents of /tmp/dmesg.log here and I'll have a look through the errors and see what we can figure out.

They happened at startup and i just rebooted and ran that command immediately. Maybe they arent supposed to be there. I hope.. But yeah there it is

I am still getting these errors. Anyone know whats going on? Is it with the hotplug or something? I never had these on another install.

just add the modules to /etc/hotplug/blacklist to stop them loading

    shpchp
