Resolution help
Hi,
I just installed Slack 10.1 and made it pretty minimal, and I use flux as my WM, but I dont know how to change the resolution- please help me, it's on 1024x768 and I want it on 800x600,

You can try using CTRL ALT + or CTRL ALT - keyboard combinations, to change the resolution while in X.
Also you could edit your /etc/X11/xorg.conf file and simply change lines inside
Section "Screen"
...
FROM Modes "1024x768" "800x600" "640x480"
TO Modes "800x600"
EndSection
Save the file, and restart X...[/img]

It seems as if you have 800x600 on your video mode list. If that is so then go onto the KDE Control center and change your video mode.
My New years Resolution is 1280x1024
