    do a google for madwifi. its a project on sourceforge. it got my atheros card up and running no problem.

    ndiswrapper

    You also might want to look into ndiswrapper. ndiswrapper takes the .sys driver and then it allows you to modprobe it. Im using ndiswrapper with a WMP11 and it works very well.
