    kernel 2.6.10 error...


    hello, friend.
    i'am a newbie with linux.... , i use slackware 10.0 with kernel 2.4.26
    when i try to compile kernel, and can boot with the new kernel, but i get
    something wrong, when i type command "man" and "less". thereis no
    text in my monitor...

    IIRC is it a udev problem. Update udev and the problems should be over.
