I was going to install the userspce cpu frequency scaling program cpufreqd and the website told me i also needed to install cpufrequtils. so i downloaded that also and attempted to build it. I got a error message during the configuration part:

Anyone know how to install libsysfs?? I am running a custom built 2.6.13.2 kernel.
