Me too...
I just tried out Wolvix, which is based on Slax, and I love it. The only problem, though, is that I cannot connect to the internet. I usually use interface eth0 and with knoppix and dsl it is autoconfigged at boot time (using dhcp) so I can surf right away. We have a dynamic IP so I don't think I can just do the ifconfig thing manually, and netconfig don't work.
ARGH. Help please.

try
then to see if you can resolve hostsCode:ifconfig eth0 up dhcpcd eth0
ping -c 3 www.google.com
if you get anything back but unknown host, you are good...to you have a firewall running?Operating System: GNU Emacs
