One little problem it doesn't turn on after I added a cd drive for it and its not detecting the floppy.

Also how am I going the picture off it if there is no usb ports or internet and no cd burners only a floppy drive

The image should easily fit on a floppy.

agreed it should fit on a floppy fine ..
you should network it too ..
