ok, I have have SWAT uncommented now I am trying to access it

you are going to have to either reboot, or sighup inetd to reload the config information....
and then, to access swat, you enter the localhost name in the browser window (in my case it's this "http://hobbes:901") and then the port that SWAT listens for, and it will load for you.Chicks dig giant mechanized war machines

If I remember correctly you also have to add a line to your /etc/services file ... check out "man swat", it says it all in there.
