    System Specs:
    Athlon x2 4400+ dual-core
    2GB OCZ platinum rev2 Ram
    Geforce 7800GTX Extreme Edition

Installed slackware 10.2 last night and i still cant get it to recognise all of my ram, in Kinforcenter it says i have a total of 883.25MB of total physical memory. Is there any way to force it to find the rest?

    Cheers

    memory not detected

You need to recompile kernel under Processor Type and Features with High Mem Support from off to on. Use the 4Gig choice. You can recompile present kernel using present config file and just make desired changes then complete rest of kernel compile steps. Good luck.
