I have this problem with lilo:

My hardware is:
Motherboard: ABIT KG7-RAID with raid coltroller high-poin hpt370
HardDisk: Maxtor 7y250p0 250 GB.
My lilo.conf is:

lilo sector not found problem

looks like a bad HD
Some people have told me they don't think a fat penguin really embodies the grace of Linux, which just tells me they have never seen a angry penguin charging at them in excess of 100mph. They'd be a lot more careful about what they say if they had.

shouldnt the first be /dev/hde1 or hde2....?
