Hello, I follow the step by step in the slackbook for compileing a kernel and have made sure grub points to the right files but I keep getting a kernel panic not syncing vfs error. The same kernel works fine in Gentoo and Ubuntu so its probably something I am doing but any help is greatly appreciated.
