You can use the usermod command to add/remove group privelages. If there are files you need to grant access to you can add user/group permissions to them directly using chmod. Check the man pages -
    Code:
    man usermod
    man chmod

    what does this mean

"smbmnt must be installed suid root for direct user mounts (1000,1000)"

i gave smbmnt chmod a+rwx but it doesn't work...
what can i do to mount shares from current user, not to login as root?

LE:resolved chmod u+s will do the job
