Slackware CD Errors... (and a smashed computer)

i've downloaded via the torrent link on the official Slackware site and have been having some trouble with the second disc while installing.

Is there anything wrong with the second install disc downloaded via bittorrent?

MD5SUM was right last time i downloaded and this time it was correct (i downloaded it twice) as well. Just curious if anyone else has had problems lately.

i downloaded the file earlier today for the second time.

so just install the system using the first disc and rsync the 2nd disc packages down after

i tried that. When i booted i got 'Kernel Panic'

i eventually got it to install from the second CD after the third time burning it.
