    I was wondering if it was possible to tweak the look of Firefox(interface, colors, graphics) via config files etc..???

    There are many tweaks possible to Firefox. These are to be entered in the chrome files. For specific questions you are best served through the forums and knowledge base of Firefox:

    type in address bar about:config and it will show you bunch of configurations, that you can change, not sure about visuals though
