    Slackware 11> Lilo Error 1

    On install Slackware installs fine, but when it comes to the Lilo install it gives me Error 1 when i try to install it. so i went in and edited the lilo.conf file before the initial reboot. lilo booted fine, but when linux loaded it said something of the filesystem and crashed... im thinking mybe slackware never finished the setup? any help would be appreciated...

    If you can post the errors and lilo.conf maybe you can get some help.

    i could not write the error down fast enough because it rebooted faster than i can write... anyway i solved the problem by getting a Kanotix disk (2006 rc4) and installing that instead of Slackware...
