    Question quick question

    will slackware 11 work on my computer?
    my specs:
    intel Core 2 duo e6400 @ 2.13 ghz
    1GBx2 pc2 4200 ram
    2 250gb western digital hard dirves
    nvidia geforce 7900gt overclocked
    intel motherboard


    if it dose not work on my computer then what would segest

    No reason why it should'nt as long as you are comfortable working with configuration files if necessary. The default kernel is 2.4 but you'll probably want to install kernel 2.6.17 or 18 after the initial install (you can do it during the install but will have to load generics and modules after the install so imo easier to do afterwards). If not sure about this read the install docs and other pertinent info at slackware.com. This in case you are not already a slack user.
