problem with ping on the router

    hello gurus

    i have the following problem

i configured a router, just a simple nat for now, because the ip class isn't routed at this time

well, i noticed something strange , sometimes, when i login on the server with ssh and i type
ping google.com , nothing happens, like somehow it can't reach the host

the routes are ok, because the services are running and i am able to connect on the server usiong putty and winscp
this is very strange, despite the fact that ALL THE POLICIES ARE SET TO ACCEPT, i have nothing blocking icmp , and there's nothing strange in the logs

    any ideas ?

    Type sysctl -a | grep -i icmp
