    Slackware release


    Hi all,

    Does anybody knows when the new Slackware will be released,I'm asking just to know,of course Slack is powerful enough to be updated without changing the release.

    There never is an official release date for new Slackware versions, so I doubt anyone knows when it will be released apart from maybe Patrick Volkerding the lead developer.

    I'm asking just to know, sure i'm not thinking to exchange to the new release for me it's bad,with Slack you can exchange any part of it (Xorg,Kernel,KDE,any other program) without needing to go to the next release.

    For me Slack is the most powerfull Linux OS in the World.

    you can kinda get an idea for a release date from the change logs but its been a while since he stated that there was a 11.1 version coming out. he usually states in the later postings that next version is coming in a couple of days.
