I recently migrated my websites to a new server. I installed slack 11 (previously had 10.2) and set everything up as I had it before. Everything is fine except when I try to pull information from another site. e.g. when I try to pull information from an rss feed, or scrape information from an external torrent. Both of things worked just fine on my old server, but now wont. I made sure that httpd.conf and php.ini are the same as the old settings.

Any suggestions?
