installation help
I'm going to be installing Slackware 9.1 on a IBM Thinkpad. My question is this: the notebook has Win2000 on it currently. I want just Linux on it so can I pop in the install CD for Slackware and just let it install over Win2000 to wipe it out, or do I need to remove Win2000 first???
Thanks in advance.

I have never installed slackware before, but my best guess would be that the installer would have an option for you to format your hard drive and start fresh.

Got it taken care of. Fdisk allowed me to destroy the partitions and remake them. Thanks =)
