Redirecting a log file to a TCP port
I have hopefully an easy question for you all. I am in the final stages of setting up a slackware server, and I am in the need of a little help.
I would like to do is set up some sort of process to have the the /var/log/messages file redirect to a tcp network port. What I would like to be able to do is telnet to a non-standard port and have the log show up.
Is this even possible, and if so how should I go about going about this?
Thanks in advance for all the help!
