You can get this from another installed Linux distro, or by using a LiveCD. Post the output here.
fdisk -l (That's a lower-case L in the command)
In addition to jayd512's request, let us know which bootloader you installed and where on the hard drive you installed it.
LILO bootloader i think i didnt installed in MBR, it gave me another option i forgot that name.

LILO is default for Slackware, so that's fine.
Is this an external drive, or a secondary internal drive? If an external, then the simplest method would be to install LILO to the MBR of the drive, while setting boot options to boot from that drive first.
If it's a secondary internal drive, what OS do you have installed there?
Sorry guys for late reply, because my net had shutdwon. :-)
This the error i am getting after rebooting after installing the slackware :-)
Your last post shows partitions on sda and your fdisk output in post 5 shows sdb. Answer the questions asked by jayd512 above. That info is necessary before anyone can advise. If you have multiple drives and your Slackware is on sdb and booting from sda, what operating system and bootloader do you have on sda?
I installed the Slackware on exernal drive that is sdb and i installed the bootloader to MBR as said by jayd512. On the primary drive that is sda the os is Ubuntu 12.10 and bootloader is Grub
So sda is Ubuntu, whilesdb is Slackware. You directed the Slackware installer to install LILO to the MBR of sdb, then you were instructed to exit the installer and reboot. Correct?
