slackware13.1 errors
Dear Friend,
I am also getting same problem. I am using slackware13.1 image with Amazon(ec2) bundle with (aki-407d9529 aki-4c7d9525) both aki, I am getting same problem below error.

Sent you a private message as to the message I received from you. Best idea is to post it in the forum here like you have. I am pretty much a newbie, so others can chime in. Perhaps hard drive is malfunctioning. Backup (maybe with dd command) and restore to a new one. Or you database is corrupt. Restore from a backup. Good l uck.
