saet Just Joined! Join Date: Sep 2007 Posts: 1	Blank screen appearing after full installation i have installed suse 9.3 in my HP compaq presario v 2000 laptop having intel(R) Pentium(R) M processor 1.70 ghz,256 MB of RAM ...and HD OF 60 GB and having dual boot with xp... after full installation it showed "congratulations" and i clicked finish than a blank screen appeared and nothin is happening....... i rebooted the machine and entered suse 9.3 again it was the same after hardware checkings..... can anyone help me to solve this problem!!!!!!!!!

gogalthorp Trusted Penguin Join Date: Oct 2006 Location: West (by God) Virginia Posts: 2,478	Why are you installing such an old version?? The current version is 10.2 and 10.3 is just about ready. This could be simply a hardware problem because you are using such an old version. It probably does not have the right drivers for you laptop.
