Question Suse 10.2 On USB

I want to install Suse 10.2 on a USB stick 1GB without touching my 2 HDDs.
The one of my HDDs have installed Windows XP pro.Can anyone tell me how can I do that?

P.S I have a Live CD but I don't want to lose all my settings when I reboot my computer!

I think you will struggle, the minimal system requirements are 500MB and the recommended requirements with GUI are 3GB. I think you will run into capacity problems. You might want to look at something with a smaller footprint like DSL.
