Kinternet dial-up settings

Hi,

I work at an ISP, and I have a customer who needs to change the dial-up settings so she dials in using 123-456-7890 rather than just 456-7890. (Basically, where I'm located, come September we will need to prefix the phone number with the area code).

Where in SuSE do I change what the number is that she dials in on. I'm assuming she's using SuSE 10, but I do not know.

If there is a text file she just needs to change, I'd rather have that solution than a GUI solution, in case she's using a different release of SuSE or her setup is different.

How can I find that info out? Like, what questions should I ask, if she doesn't know herself what dialer she's using? I'm clueless as far as SuSE goes (I'm a Gentoo guy myself) but I suspect she doesn't know too much herself, which could be troublesome.

OK. I'm assuming KDE, however, since that's what SuSE comes with by default, correct?

Thanks. I'll get that info for starters. Will there be a taskbar icon or something to that effect that would indicate what she's using? Or a desktop icon or something? How could I find out, if she doesn't know?

OK, she uses kinternet. Any idea where I go to change the dial-in number?
