which version of SuSe did you install?
x86 is for 32Bit and x64 for 64bit SuSe.

Ok, so i know your gone now, but maybe you'll get this when you wake up, or maybe someone else could help me...
So i downloaded the nVidia driver for my computer for SuSE. I understand how to install it just fine, there's only one problem...every thread and website that explains how to install my driver explains how to do it when SuSE has loaded completely, remember i can't even load SuSE. So i don't understand how i'm supposed to install the driver to my computer without even doing that...gah!

You do not need the driver until after you have a successful install. It is only needed for 3D acceleration. You told devils-casper that the install was successful. So it is confusing about what stage you are in ie attempting an install or attempting to boot an installed system.

Yes, it is correct that i successfully installed SuSE, i just can't load it....like the title of the thread says. And when Casper said it might be a graphics problem, i thought well maybe i'd need a new driver. So i got the accelerator, but i then learned i had to of loaded SuSE and installed it when it was up and running, (which i haven't successfully done..)

So to clear things up, i still can't load my successfully installed SuSE on my computer.

Ok now we are on the same page.

Quote:
no, SuSE won't even install when I pressed 1 first, then enter.
As i watched it try to load, i saw the little lizard icon deal with the spinning dots was circling him. But after like 5 secs, it just stopped and froze..Right then i could tell noting was happening because my computer was completely silent. Like it thought it was done loading everything
.

When you get the screen with the lizard press esc it will then show the boot process and might show where things are hanging.
