Hello, i'm new to linux when you post the codes and what to type, may i ask where you actually type that? i'm on linux SUSE 10.1, also when i try to play mp3's it says i need a decoder, i've been on the website and that just says when i try to download it, here is the screen shot:

And then after i click install this comes up:
Installing banshee-engine-helix-0.10.9-26.41.i586[Local packages]
There are no installable providers of helix-dbus-server for banshee-engine-helix-0.10.9-26.41.i586[Local packages]
This also happends for a lot of other files i try to install this way.
But like i say i am new to linux, sorry if this is really beginner stuff for you guys
P,S: If you could do a step by step of how to be able install a .tz,

You need to use YAST-Software-Software Management to install packages.

When we show commands it is done on the command line in the Konsole. You will find it in the menue at the bottom of your screen. This is a command shell like the DOS command shell in windows.
