Today 2004-06-29 I picked up a SoundBlaster Audigy Gamers Edition, then when I tried to get it to work on Linux, there is no sound.
Help would be appriciated...

New Sound Card, A Few Problems
Today 2004-06-29 I picked up a SoundBlaster Audigy Gamers Edition, then when I tried to get it to work on Linux, there is no sound.

Information would also be appreciated. What kernel and distro are you running? What have you tried? Did you have sound working previously? If so, what card/driver?

I am using Kernal 2.6 and SuSE Linux 9.1 Pro. , and yes I had a card working before, It was the AC'97. and I went into YaST and configured sound card, but no sound comes out when I try and test.
