I have failed to add the repository in yast,,
anyone know where i can get the kernel header for 2.6.18-0.5?

Basically you need to install the kernel-source for that version. Should be found where you got that kernel. Best thing to do is install it through yast

i have the same source as my running kernel, however, under yast the linus kernel head is of a separate entity, and the available version i can have is lower than the source and running kernel...i'm thinking that i'm missing a repository for the kernel headers...anyone know the right repository for kernel related files? ex, headers?
