how come the updates configuation takes forever with embarq
I am trying to intially update my suse 10.1. My modem keeps flashing ethernet and internet constantly, but no update configuation that is usable. sometimes I get an update configured, but I can not get any sercuity updates and intials updates. What is going on with embarq and suse?

Are you sure it has anything to do with Embarq?
Have you tried it with a different ISP?oz
