I have a problem with syslog
syslog is not running and when i try to start it with 'rcsyslog start'
I get the following error:

Re-Starting syslog servicesio.c: bind_unix_socket(): bind failed /var/lib/named/dev/log (Address already in use)
Error initializing configuration, exiting.
startproc: exit status of parent of /sbin/syslog-ng: 1

OS: OpenSUSE 10.2

Anyone knows how to fix this?
