You can get kernel source code from The Linux Kernel Archives. I also found this article which should help you.

I don't run Suse, but I was thinking that the Yast Online Updater would install new kernels, too. Maybe someone will correct if that's wrong.

correct ozar. The official repositories have kernel 2.6.18.8 for opensuse 10.2 and 2.6.22.9 for 10.3

It couldn't be any easier then, just point and click to install new kernel.
Note that you might have to install your video drivers again after upgrading the kernel.oz

To install ndiswrapper all you need to do is install the kernel-source that matches the version of the kernel you are running. The kernel-source can be installed via the software module in YAST.
