Can't burn openSuse 10.3

Need your help. I recently downloaded openSuse 10.3 using Bitorrent. But i cannot burned the image file using Nero 7. Need your help....

what is the problem ? did you try to make a DVD/CD from iso with nero ?

I tried to burn the image file on DVD media. The Nero can read the image file but once you started the burn process. The Nero is looking for a Disc once you inserted the DISC the process stops there. There is a prompt message "Waiting for Disc". I even inserted different type of DVD media (DVD R/RW, DVD R) and still there is a "Waiting for Disc" (Disc type in the recorder: Empty)

The last time the same thing happened to me, it turned out that the dvd drive had gone bad. A new drive fixed things right up.

Are you sure you are using a good drive?

This is a new DVD drive I just bought 3 weeks ago. I burned coupled of CD but never tried yet burning DVD. I will try to burn movies on DVD to check if I have problems on my DVD drive. Thanks for your input...I will let you know the progress.

Thanks! You are correct. The DVD is not working but it works on CD. I already returned and replaced my DVD/CD drive and successfully burned the image file.

But after installing the Suse 10.3 I encountered GRUB loading error 22.. What this is all about.?..Im a linux newbie. Need your help again....

GRUB loading error 22..

This means that grub is not finding the configuration file ! so i believe your install was not complete , the problem is you can do nothing unless you have a live CD , do you remember how you did your partitions ?
