    dual Screens????

    i have an oldre nvidia geforce 4 on my pc and have suse 9.3 installed. I finnally got the corect drivers for the card, how ever i can't seem to find out how t use dual monitors. The card supports it does linux? also my 'My computer' icon is useless, how do i access the 'Drives:\' folder???

    If you start konqueror is storage media one of the options ... if not you should be able to type media:/ as a url. You could also type / as the url and access everything from there.

    thnx jonathan that works i copy'media;\ to the url and it works!

    Just a note Linux uses the foeward slash not the back slash as a separator.

    ie use / not \

    in paths

    I tried to get the dual monitor working on SUSE 8.1 but did not get very far. It looks as though people are able to setup SUSE for dual monitors etc. but I think more people are likely to be doing this with SUSE 10.
