    Scanner does not work.

    I have the same problem as dunny05 had in 2005. Was there a solution? TV card is picked up as scanner. I am not given the option to use the real scanner which I did load the drivers for. It is not detected. Canon FB620P.

    Which openSUSE do you have? I notice there is limited support for your scanner in 10.3. I assume you've tried to configure it in Yast.
