When booting from SuSe 10.3 Install DVD, there is no response from the USB keyboard or mouse. (they both power off when splash screen displays)

I get the splash screen with "boot from hard drive" and "Install" etc. but there is no way to switch from the default of "boot from hard drive", so after a while Windows Vista boots. PITA

I have checked the BIOS and there is no "Legacy USB" setting. Only USB on and off settings for all of the different busses. They are all "ON"

Any help / ideas would be appreciated !
