Canon Ir2220
Hi,
I have a Canon IR 2220 printer. It's connected to my lan, so I use it as network printer. First, I installed the SQue program from canon's website. The files were printed, but they were printed recto-verso. Second, I tried to use a driver that is included in my suse10.3 distribution. Though it wasn't the correct driver (canon ir 330s), it also worked, but again rector-verso. Third, I tried to print from a windows computer to check whether there's something wrong with the configuration of my printer itself, but this time the files were printed correctly and not recto-verso.
I suppose there is something wrong with the driver or some configuration on my computer, but I can't figure out what is is. Can someone help me?
Thanks!
Kenzo

Recto-verso means that the front side as well as the back side of a paper gets printed. I think the reason why I don't want that to happen is quite obvious:
First of all if the paper has to be printed on both sides, the paper jams in the printer very often, cause it has to be turned around by the printer to print the back side. Second in some cases I want to use the back side of a printed paper to makes notes or something.

Ok now I see.
I don't have a printer able to print both sides of the paper. So this is a guess.
Go to Yast-Hardware-Printer
Check your configurations settings and see if there is a option to print single sided.
Also check your printer manual or go to the Cannon site and down load it. See if there is a hardware setting.
