    Hi and Welcome !

    Does your machine has internet access? It will very easy to install packages through Package Manager.
    It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

    Forgot to ask, Which version of SuSe do you have? Have you installed any repository?

    You have to install w32codec-all to play movies and libdvdcss, xine-ui packages to play DVDs. These are not available in default sources.
    Check here and follow instructions to install Repositories and necessary packages.
    It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

    I was trying to install VLC media player for Suse Linux , but a dialogue box says that the Key is not trusteful.What shall I do? Continue the installation or skip it?

    Continue installation. Don't worry about GPG key.
