"Select POP to enable the reception of e-mails over POP3. Then, several input fields will be activated to allow you the entry of your connection data. Enter the host name of the computer from which you will fetch your messages in the box 'configuration'. You should find this information in the connection data sent to you by your ISP".
My question : how should I find this information in the connection sent to you by your ISP?What steps must I do to acces to this information?(ISP)

When you signed up with the ISP this information normally given to you. If you don't know it you can check a Windows setup that works with the ISP for your account or call your ISP they should be happy to help you set it up. It is not all that different then setting up a Windows box.

I don't belive Hotmail allow you to use any options like POP3 to retrieve mail from their servers - You have to use their webpage to read your e-mails.
There are other free e-mail services you can use. If you have your own internet connection you will almost certanly have an e-mail address already set up which you can use. You could also use GMail who do allow you to use POP3 and a quick web search will get the settings you require
Edit: apparently you can get POP3 support with Hotmail if you pay for a premium accountLinux User #453176

I called my ISP,but they told me they only give information to Outlook Express and a few other, but not to Evolution.
Well, that´s the way how ISP work here,in Portugal! You pay your bill, and then no support for Linux software!
How do I check a Windows setup that work with my ISP?Step by step, please!

There is normally a how-to page on the ISP web site to check Outlook or whatever system they expect you to use/support. If it is not there you could get your ISP to send the details for the Windows based system & you can run through the instructions - making notes of relevant settings.

Like Jonathan said, most ISPs publish the details for using their services right on their website. You might have to search their site to find them, but I'd be very surprised if yours doesn't. What is your provider's web address?
You can download the Evolution User Manual if it's not already included with your distribution. The Evolution FAQ might also have some useful information for you.
Most ISPs say they don't support Linux because they read off of scripts to give support, and they have no scripts for Linux, so they are lost when you ask them a question.oz

It's all in a foreign language and I couldn't read it, but I think the information you need to setup a mail client will be here:
TV Cabo
You just need to apply the information to your own mail client, Evolution.
Sorry if I'm incorrect, but like I said, I can't understand much of what is on the page.oz
