compaq presario 700
Just recently my compaq presario 700 Notebook shut down and will now not power up. When
connected to the notebook the LED on the power supply flashes rapidly. If I
disconnect the power supply from the Notebook the LED is solid.
Does anyone have any ideas whether the power supply is blown or the system
board/voltage converter?
