unable to adjust screen brightness on my laptop after installing 10.3

Hi, i need help with the adjusting of screen brightness.
Previously when i'm using SLED, i able to adjust the screen brightness on my laptop machine.

Now i using suse10.3, i not able to adjust the brightness iof my monitor. What can i do to manually set up to enable to adjust the brightness of my screen?
