compiz tricks

hi guys i'm running 10.3 using compiz for first time was wondering is there a guide or a tutorial on what some of the settings do and how to achieve the whole cube effect ive got alot of features some i dont like like at the mo i'm not sure which setting i ticked coz when i right click with the mouse all the text is jumbled up then when i wave my mmouse the text comes clear . another thing is the window management i wanna be able to work with windows tiled basically work in one window while the other is open naking it easier to drag and drop can anyone please help me sort this out or point me to some idiots guide to compiz thank you
