and i checked md5 value and identical , After burning does not work ..
I do not know ...

What exactly happens when you boot?
Does the CD not spin up, does the system just hang, or do you get a black screen, or does it boot to Windows or your regular linux distro instead?oz

Ok, it sounds to me like it might be a bad burn to disk.
Check this HowTo for proper steps on burning your ISO file to disk as an image, and then booting from the CD:
