    Hi and Welcome !

Login as root and open /boot/grub/menu.lst file. Set timeout value to 0 (zero).
    Code:
    timeout 0
timeout value is in seconds and if SuSe is taking 6 seconds at GRUB Menu, it means timeout value is 6 right now.
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
